The above mentioned routine is straightforward, but is exactly what I consider to be the best routine for individuals who desire to build mass on their own shoulders, while keeping structural balance. More volume is given towards the rear and side deltoids, since the front deltoids receive plenty of stimulation using their company exercises. Perform the exercises within the order theyre shown.
